Quality Assurance Technician
to support external quality activities as the business continues to expand.
As the
Quality Assurance Technician
your responsibilities will include
Compiling quality reports including First Article Inspection documentation and control plans
Managing customer and supplier issues including returns quality complaints and related investigations
Carrying out root cause and corrective action work using recognised methodologies
Supporting audits reviews and compliance checks across the quality management system
Acting as a quality contact for customers and suppliers while contributing to continuous improvement activity
As the
Quality Assurance Technician
you will bring
A proactive approach with the confidence to ask questions and learn quickly
The ability to work autonomously and manage tasks with accuracy
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
An understanding of quality manufacturing or aerospace environments is desirable
Auditing experience would be beneficial
