Qualifications

• Proven experience managing contracts, SLAs, and compliance frameworks.
• Background in education, student accommodation, FM, or contract management.
• Experience overseeing training and competency frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review and implementation of compliance frameworks.
• Ensure training and certifications are up to date and signed off.
• Produce clear, data-led compliance reports for stakeholders.
