Job summary

GoodWe Europe is seeking a Solution Engineer for UK & Ireland to support pre-sales activities, deliver customer training sessions both in person and online, advise customers on the appropriate GoodWe solutions, and represent GoodWe at exhibitions and local events.

In this role you will interact with key distribution or EPC partners, work closely with our sales, marketing and product management teams, and contribute to expanding market reach and customer loyalty across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar.
• Experience in technical support with direct customer interaction is a plus.
• Business fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Exposure to solar, PV, inverter, energy storage, or utility industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and managing GoodWe’s pre‑sales activities in UK & Ireland.
• Growing customer trust in GoodWe’s solution.
• Promoting GoodWe’s products and increasing demand from installers to distributors.
• Ensuring closeness to the market through customer trainings and distributor events.
• Building knowledge of market requirements for PV and storage systems and conveying them to product management and R&D.
• Coordinating feasibility assessments of solutions before market release, including beta testing and pilots.
