Job summary

IntaPeople in Cardiff is searching for a Business Development Manager to grow the public sector portfolio, focusing on Local Authorities, Higher Education and Housing Associations. The role involves identifying opportunities before procurement and building strategic partnerships.

You will attend the office three days a week in Llanishen, and leverage your tech background to win new business while expanding relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications

• BDM experience within a tech company.
• Public sector exposure is a strong bonus.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as G-Cloud 15 and DOS 7.
• Bid management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across Public Sector, focusing on Local Authorities, Higher Education and Housing Associations (Tier 2).
• Create and shape opportunities ahead of procurement.
• Develop strategic partnerships and framework-based opportunities for Tier 1 programmes.
• Build senior-level relationships to position IntaPeople as a trusted partner.
• Grow revenue from existing public sector clients through strategic account management.
• Increase visibility within Tier 1 public sector frameworks and partner-led bids.
