Certus Recruitment Group is partnering with a well-established technology business with a strong footprint across SMB and Public Sector. This is an account management role— which also has a new business focus.

You’ll inherit a live customer base and be responsible for growing it. You'll manage ~100 existing accounts across the Public Sector (councils, schools, local organisations) and grow revenue by finding opportunities, opening doors internally, and collaborating with specialists to close

Qualificações

• Public sector account management experience in tech, services, or similar.
• Ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders and presenting value.”

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop an existing public sector account base across councils, schools, and local bodies.
• Re-engage dormant customers and expand penetration.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across a broad tech portfolio.
• Prospect for new accounts and book meetings to open opportunities.
• Collaborate with specialists to support solution sales and close deals.
• Own the account and revenue relationships; build clear account plans.
