Job summary

My Money Matters is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 public sector employers. You will drive multi-product adoption, managing renewals, and converting single-product renewals into platform agreements.

The role includes cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Launch, Marketing and Product teams, and requires strong commercial and strategic capabilities. The position is hybrid with 1-2 days in our London office and some travel for key meetings and

Qualifications

• Proven track record of hitting expansion targets.
• Experience growing multi-product platforms within SaaS or HR/payroll.
• Ability to articulate value at senior stakeholder level.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio growth across Tier 1 and Tier 2 public sector employers.
• Lead renewal conversions to platform-based contracts.
• Negotiate scope, pricing, and contract length for extensions.
• Build and execute account plans mapping products and whitespace.
• Collaborate with Sales, Launch, Marketing and Product teams.
