This is a rotational RGN role within a busy remand prison. You will be expected to cover medication administration, triage, and emergency care alongside your role as Public Health Nurse. This is a crucial role within the team, with exposure to various different areas of healthcare.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Public Health Nurse to join our team at HMP Altcourse, a category B prison located in the Fazakerley area of Liverpool.

This is a rotational RGN role within a busy remand prison. You will be expected to cover medication administration, triage, and emergency care alongside your role as Public Health Nurse. This is a crucial role within the team, with exposure to various different areas of healthcare.

Hours:

This role is offered on a full-time basis, 37.5 hours per week. Shifts are on a rotational basis, including weekends, nights, and bank holidays. Example shifts are: 07:00 - 20:00, 08:00 - 21:00, 09:00 - 22:00, 19:45 - 07:30.

Salary:

This position is full-time, with an annual salary up to £40,211 per annum FTE, depending on experience.
