Greene King is seeking a Team Leader for one of its Chef & Brewer pubs in the UK. You will lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly, supports the team, and keeps customers happy.

Responsibilities include deputising for management, organising busy shifts, and maintaining safety, legality, and cleanliness at the bar. The role emphasizes service, teamwork, and fast problem solving in a lively pub environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
