Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking a proactive Team Leader to supervise a busy pub shift and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You’ll lead by example, support the team, and deputise for management to keep service smooth and compliant.

As a key part of our hospitality family, you’ll coordinate a motivated team during busy periods, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and role-model warm, attentive service for every customer who walks in the door.
