Job summary

Greene King’s Chef & Brewer pubs are looking for a proactive Team Leader to help runs shifts smoothly and kept customers happy. You’ll lead by example, support the management team, and ensure service is welcoming, efficient and compliant with safety and hygiene standards.

On busy evenings and weekends you’ll organise the team, set priorities, train colleagues, and resolve issues quickly while maintaining the high standards our customers expect from Greene King brands.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure the shift runs smoothly and customers are kept happy.
• Support the management team and act in their absence when required.
• Coordinate and support the team during busy periods to maintain service standards.
• Ensure bar safety, legal compliance and high hygiene standards at all times.
