Job summary

Marston's in Basingstoke is seeking a Supervisor to join our busy pub team. You’ll lead and motivate colleagues, delivering friendly service and memorable moments for guests, while upholding standards and safety.

You’ll handle opening and closing duties, stock management and cashing up, work with the pub management team to run shifts smoothly, and use your initiative to keep service flowing during busy periods. Flexible and part-time hours are available to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate others and deliver guest experiences.
• Experience with opening/closing, stock, and cashing up.

Responsibilities
