Marstons Plc is seeking a Supervisor to join our team in a busy pub environment. You’ll lead andMotivate the team to deliver memorable moments for guests, working with the management group to ensure efficient and profitable operations.

Role involves opening/closing, cash handling, and acting as a role model for service excellence. Flexible and part-time hours may be available to fit around personal commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Able to lead and motivate a team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Capable of opening/closing and cashing up.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver moments of joy.
• Work with pub management to run the business efficiently.
• Open and close shifts, stock and cash up.
• Be a role model for customer service.
• Manage shifts when the senior team is away.
