Job summary

Marston's is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead our pub team, delivering memorable guest experiences in a busy, fun environment. You’ll support opening/closing, stock and cashing up, and act as a role model for exceptional customer service.

You’ll work with the management team to ensure smooth operations, driving efficiency and profitability while supporting your own development through our career pathway.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Experience in managing shifts and cashing up.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing shifts, stocking, and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service and guest experience.
• Manage shifts and all pub operations when senior staff are away.
• Work with wider pub management to run the business efficiently and profitably.
