Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate others and deliver guest experiences.
• Comfort with opening/closing, stock management and cashing up.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate pub team to deliver everyday moments and stand-out occasions.
• Open and close shifts, manage stock and cashing up, ensure smooth operation.
• Be a role model for customer service and take initiative during shifts.
• Oversee shifts and pub operations when management is unavailable.
