Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a proactive Supervisor to support a busy pub team. You’ll lead and motivate staff, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience while maintaining the standard of service and atmosphere we’re known for.

You’ll handle opening/closing, stock checks, cashing up, and work with the pub management to drive efficient, profitable operations. Flexible or part-time hours are available to suit your commitments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Opening/closing shifts and cashing up.
• Customer service focus and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the pub team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Work with the pub management team to run the business efficiently and profitably.
• Open and close the pub, stock management, and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service and maintain standards during shifts.
• Oversee smooth running of shifts when the wider management team is away.
