Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to join our team at a busy local pub, where you’ll help create moments of joy for guests in a fast-paced, fun environment.

You’ll lead and motivate the team, act as a role model for customer service, and share responsibilities for opening and closing, stock, and cashing up. You’ll work closely with the pub management team to keep the business running smoothly and profitably.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to think on your feet and use initiative.
• Responsible for smooth shift running in absence of senior management.

• Open and close the pub; manage stock and cashing up.
