Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to join our busy pub team in Manchester. You will lead and motivate colleagues to deliver memorable guest experiences while managing shift operations, stock, and cash handling. This role offers opportunities to progress through our internal career pathway into higher leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably.
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service.
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative.
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away.

Responsibilities
