Marston’s PLC in Ashford is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy pub team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll drive service standards, manage shifts, and help the broader management team run a profitable operation.

You’ll be a hands-on leader who opens and closes, supports ordering and stock, and acts as a role model for customer care. The role offers flexible and part-time hours to fit around life commitments while developing your career with Marston’s.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Supervisor or Team Leader
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Ensure opening/closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Provide excellent guest service

Responsibilities

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
