Job summary

Marston’s PLC in the heart of our pubs is seeking a Supervisor to lead our team, deliver great guest experiences, and keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll open and close shifts, help with stock and cashing up, and act as a role model for customer service while supporting the wider pub management team.

If you have previous supervisor or team leader experience and a confident, people-minded approach, we’ll help you progress along our internal career pathway.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader
• Strong customer service ethos and guest-first approach
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver great guest experiences
• Work with the pub management team to run the business efficiently and profitably
• Open and close shifts, stock, and cash up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Think on your feet and use initiative
• Ensure smooth running of shifts when senior managers are away
