Job summary

Marston's PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy pub team, ensuring friendly, high-quality service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You’ll be responsible for opening and closing, stock control, and cashing up while supporting the wider management team.

You’ll motivate colleagues, role-model outstanding customer service, and use your initiative to keep shifts running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably.
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service.
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative.
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away.
