Our client is seeking to recruit a German and/or Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their small team, based in Cambridge City Centre. Candidates will be able to demonstrate previous experience within a customer service/administrative based role. You will have an excellent customer‑focussed manner and be a friendly and enthusiastic team player, with a flexible attitude to assist and provide support wherever needed.
This is a part‑time role, working 20 hours a week. Your working pattern will be Monday‑Friday 9am‑1pm. All working hours are office based. PLEASE NOTE: Between 1 st Apr and 1 st Oct, every other week, one weekday shift will be replaced by a Saturday shift 15:00–19:00 (home‑based).
