What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4, both in and out of the classroom
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups with students who need extra support
  • Helping young people manage emotions, behaviour and engagement
  • Supporting students with SEN, SEMH and additional learning needs
  • Being a calm, consistent and positive presence in school
