Property Solicitor needed in Rugby, £38.89ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1648122

21 hours per week split over 3, 7-hour days. In office on Mondays.

Right to Buy properties & buy backs; consent orders; sale and purchase of properties; Assets of Community Value applications, lease extensions and renewals.

You will ideally have experience of using IKEN or other Case Management Systems

This is a Part time role on a temporary contract basis
