Property Solicitor / Legal Executive

This opportunity would suit a Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid residential conveyancing experience, particularly with buy-to-let purchases and auction work. There is scope to gain exposure to commercial property matters for those looking to broaden their expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for a broad range of work, including:

  • Handling a caseload of residential property matters
  • Advising clients on buy-to-let transactions and auction purchases
  • Delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards of client care
  • Meeting individual billing targets and managing client payments
  • Supervising and supporting junior members of the team where required
  • Engaging in business development and networking to grow the department
  • Working closely with marketing to help implement departmental growth strategies

Candidate Profile
