Job Details

Title: Property Services and Operational Manager

Location: B70 9LS, West Bromwich, West Midlands, UK; Office in Birmingham

Salary: £35,875 per annum (dependent on experience for 37.5 hours per week)

Purpose of the Role

To lead, manage, and take accountability for the delivery of effective performance and the overall direction of the Service, including budget, property, voids, staffing and service development, in accordance with the Association’s Asset Based Approach, Statement of Purpose and business objectives. You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association’s values, culture and ethos.
