Job summary

Simkiss Recruitment Solutions is seeking a proactive Site Sales Advisor for a five-star housebuilder at a South Midlands development. You will guide customers from initial enquiry through to reservation, coordinating viewings and closing the sale with high-quality service.

You’ll showcase homes, explain pricing and incentives, and work closely with marketing teams to support launches while maintaining an excellent customer experience. Driving Licence and a flexible 35-hour week are required.

Qualifications

Are you an ambitious and customer-focused sales professional with experience in new homes, property or estate agency? Do you thrive in a target-driven environment where you can guide customers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives? We a number of opportunities for proactive Site Sales Advisors to join a highly respected, five-star housebuilder, based at development in the South Midlands.

Working at the heart of a beautiful new homes development, this rewarding Sales Advisor role will see you managing the complete customer journey, from the first enquiry and initial viewing through to reservation and the exciting moment the keys are handed over. By utilising your excellent communication and relationship-building skills, you will welcome and engage prospective buyers to the site, understand their individual requirements and provide knowledgeable advice about the available homes, development and surrounding lifestyle.

In this exciting and varied Site Sales Advisor role, you will conduct both in-person and virtual viewings, confidently showcasing the quality and high standards of the development. You will remain fully informed about property specifications, pricing and incentives, ensuring customers receive accurate information and a consistently outstanding experience. Working closely with marketing and development colleagues, you will also support new launches and promotional activity whilst managing the sales process smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.

As a Site Sales Advisor, you will have proven experience within new homes sales, property or estate agency sales and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be an engaging and confident communicator who builds relationships easily, with a target-driven, adaptable and proactive approach. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, together with the flexibility to work a 35 hour week from Thursday to Monday - 11.00am until 6.00pm or 10am until 5.00pm (site dependant).
