Job summary

Persimmon Homes in Redditch is seeking a Sales Advisor to guide buyers from first inquiry through to key handover. You will work at our developments, delivering exceptional customer service and presenting our homes and lifestyle offers.

The role requires proven experience in new homes sales or estate agency, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work Thursday through Monday 11am-6pm. A competitive salary with commission and benefits awaits.

• Proven experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agency
• Able to work Thursday through to Monday 11am-6pm (our busiest times)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective buyers, offering expert advice on our homes and lifestyle offerings
• Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the high standards and quality of our developments
• Manage the full sales process smoothly and efficiently
• Stay informed on pricing, incentives, and property details to support informed decisions
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offers
