A leading safety consultancy is seeking a Property Health and Safety Business Partner to oversee health and safety support across property portfolios. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model and a salary range of £52k – £62k per annum. Qualifications

  • Minimum of a NEBOSH General Certificate and NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience managing property and facilities safety compliance across multi-site estates.
  • Strong knowledge of UK property safety and environmental legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide competent support and guidance for property safety compliance across depots, offices, and logistic sites.
  • Review contractor Risk Assessments, Method Statements, competence evidence, and Permits to Work.
  • Conduct property safety inspections and drive the timely closure of corrective actions.
