A leading retail company is seeking an experienced Property Project Manager to oversee high-quality remodel projects throughout the UK. This pivotal role involves leading complex projects across diverse store formats while ensuring minimal disruption to operations. The ideal candidate will possess solid project management experience in retail and a strong understanding of building safety requirements. We're looking for an experienced Property Project Manager to deliver high-quality remodel projects across our estate. This is a new role within the team, offering a fantastic opportunity to help shape how we deliver remodels going forward. You'll work with a high level of autonomy, leading complex projects across Express, Superstore and Extra formats, including capital replacement of refrigeration and wider maintenance works.
