Job summary

Touchstone Bath is recruiting for a Void Coordinator on a fixed-term contract ending February 2027, reporting to the Operations Manager and joining a growing area of the business. Based on site at Touchstone Bath, hours are Mon-Thu 9am–5:30pm and Fri 9am–5pm.

• Previous experience in a similar role (Receptionist, Front of House)
• Experience conducting administrative tasks
• Familiar with MS Word and Excel
