The Role is Fixed Term until February 2027
We are looking to recruit aVoid Coordinator. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a great opportunityto join a growing area of the business.
This role is based on site at Touchstone Bath.The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30 and Friday 9am – 5pm. Afteran initialperiod of training (2-4 weeks), this role offers hybrid working (3 days at home).
You will have to proactively manage a portfolio of properties which are to be marketed for let, ensuring that client,companyand statutory requirements are always met. You willmonitorall your properties closely, review strategies and make recommendations when needed whilst updating the system accordingly.
You will liaise with other staff,raiseand process all associated paperwork and update systems accurately to reflect true performance.
