Job summary

Places for People, Bath-based landlord, is recruiting a Void Coordinator on a fixed-term contract to February 2027. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will proactively manage a portfolio of properties let and ensure compliance with client, company and statutory requirements.

You will liaise with staff, process paperwork and update systems accurately; after initial training (2-4 weeks) the role offers hybrid working (3 days at home) with on-site work in Bath.

Qualifications

• Previous similar role experience
• Experience conducting administrative tasks
• Familiarity with MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of properties to be marketed for let and ensure compliance with client, company and statutory requirements
• Monitor properties, review strategies and update the system accordingly
• Liaise with other staff, raise and process paperwork, update systems accurately
