Pinnacle Group is seeking an organised Voids and Lifecycle Coordinator to support planning and delivery of capital investment programmes across our housing portfolio. You will prioritise works, liaise with contractors, manage their diaries and update the job tracker systems, helping protect asset value and sustain property performance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in affordable housing, property management, facilities coordination, or scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Track empty properties from the moment a tenant moves out through inspection, repair, refurbishment, and final handover to the lettings team.
• Maintain long-term asset lifecycle replacement plans, using stock condition information, compliance data, customer insight and operational priorities.
• Support the planning and delivery of capital investment programmes, ensuring works are prioritised appropriately, aligned to business objectives and delivered in a way that protects asset value.
• Book and manage contractors, setting strict turnaround times and monitoring performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Arrange compliance certification including gas, electrical, EPC & asbestos through various systems and portals.
• Monitor Voids and Lifecycle costs against budgets and verify contractor invoices.
