Property Operations Administrator Alliance Homes Group•Bristol, England, UK

Fixed Term 12 months

Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to take the next step in your career? Join the team and play a key role in supporting an exciting new project that will make a real difference to our customers and colleagues.

As our go-to administrator you’ll be at the heart of the team helping to keep everything running smoothly. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

  • Managing servicing records and ensuring accurate filing
  • Raising work orders for contractors
  • Uploading records for auditing and compliance
  • Supporting customer communications and diary planning
  • Being a trusted point of contact for the Property Operations team and managers

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain deeper insight into our Home Repairs Team, develop your skills and contribute to a meaningful project in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About You

With experience of providing administrative support you will be a self‑starter with high levels of attention to detail.

Highly organised you will have good IT skills and strong communication skills.
