• Confident communicator, able to build relationships and effectively present updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage own schedule remotely, prioritising properties needing attention.
• Organise and lead meetings with key stakeholders.
• Oversee all expenditure and ensure financial control.
• Work with credit control to manage debts effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Skills
