Job description
The Company

Our client is a private property Investment Company with a large, directly managed mixed-use portfolio in Central London. To enable a restructuring of the current portfolio, the team require additional support in the property management team for a period of 4 months (this is a fixed term contract position).

Job Purpose

To directly manage and oversee the property management activities of a portfolio of residential and commercial assets ensuring overall compliance is maintained, maximum net income is achieved and the Asset Management team are provided with the most effective tools to drive added value.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the performance of rent, service charge and insurance collection.
  • Provide transactional support for lease events and investment disposals.
  • Deal with tenant applications for sub-letting, assignment or alterations.
  • Regularly inspect the property and meet tenants.
  • Prepare annual service charge budgets, and manage expenditure.
  • Responsibility for processing maintenance, repairs and insurance events.
Candidate profile
  • Property management experience in both commercial and residential sectors.
  • Experience of service charge tasks.
Remuneration

The experience level of this position is open with a likely salary range attached to the position of £45,000 - £60,000 basic salary, dependant on prior experience.
