Responsibilities
  • Review potential acquisitions.
  • Assess project viability and suitability to MCR’s return/requirements.
  • Manage and work with planning, project management and sales teams, from acquisition to completion.
  • Draw up, present and negotiate competitive proposals and bids.
  • Manage design teams through the planning process.
  • Work closely with Project Management and Procurement teams to deliver projects.
  • Effectively and efficiently manage existing or stabilised schemes and their management teams in MCR’s business centre/multi-let portfolio.
  • Identify exit opportunities to achieve maximum returns per project.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong existing network.
  • Strong management and entrepreneurial skills to ensure projects and current properties are managed successfully, efficiently and profitably.
  • Experience in all areas of development, preferably including planning process, construction and property management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with colleagues, clients and financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to respond quickly to changes in market conditions, business requirements and government policies.
