£32,000 Base + Performance Commission & Benefits

Monday – Friday 9 : 00 – 17 : 00 (No weekends)

The agency provide professionalism to ensure every tenancy runs as it should. Their high attention to detail provides landlords with complete security that their property is in safe hands. This is an exciting role for a Property Manager. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of properties, working closely to handle both tenant and landlord enquiries. The position would suit either an already established Property Manager or Lettings Consultant, that’s looking for a new challenge or a passionate and ambitious individual with client facing customer service skills that’s looking for a step up.

Main Duties Include :
  • Manage a portfolio of properties.
  • Handle tenant and landlord enquiries.
  • Processing tenant applications from viewings to property move‑in.
  • Ensure legal compliance for your property portfolio.
  • Handle property routine & planned maintenance to completion.
  • Processing of property invoices.
  • Organise routine property visits.
  • Manage the end of tenancy routine.
  • Proactive relationship building with clients.
  • Gain referrals and testimonials.
  • Gather feedback and improve service.
  • Managing portfolio retention.
Skills Required :
  • Proven experience in a client facing customer service or admin role.
  • Letting agent experience is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Target driven with an understanding of sales KPIs.
  • Ambitious and passionate about career progression.
  • Confident and friendly communication style.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and be coached by senior members of the team.
  • Handle challenging situations with confidence.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Valid UK driving license and own vehicle.
