Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a residential property portfolio from move-in to tenancy end
  • Coordinating maintenance issues and liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Carrying out move-ins and associated tenancy administration
  • Ensuring properties remain compliant with current legislation
  • Delivering a high level of customer service to clients and tenants
  • Handling queries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in property management or lettings preferred
