Zusammenfassung

Touchstone Bath is recruiting a Property Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, this on-site role offers hybrid working after an initial training period (2–4 weeks).

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am–5:30pm and Friday 9am–5pm. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and complaints about the property, coordinate with internal teams to upload new properties, and ensure diaries and documents are accurately recorded.

We are looking to recruit a Property Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a growing area of the business.

This role is based on site at Touchstone Bath, The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30 and Friday 9am – 5pm. After an initial period of training (2-4 weeks), this role offers hybrid working (3 days at home).

More about your role

You are providing the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and complaints relating to the customer and the property, it is imperative that the highest level of service is provided to both internal and external clients. Your role will involve managing and working with other internal teams to ensure that all new properties are uploaded on to the system and all information including diaries and document are accurately recorded.
