You’ll lead and develop a specialist Property Sales team delivering sales and resale services for external clients. You’ll oversee Shared Ownership resales, staircasing, lease extensions and other property transactions, making sure cases progress accurately and meet legal, regulatory, contractual and client requirements. You’ll monitor workloads, service levels, quality and customer outcomes, while providing technical guidance and acting as the team's first point of escalation. Working closely with clients, solicitors, valuers and internal teams, you’ll resolve risks and delays and identify practical ways to improve services and the customer journey.
You’ll bring practical knowledge of property transactions and the confidence to support colleagues with sensitive, unusual or higher-risk cases. You can work effectively with solicitors, valuers and other professional partners, interpret detailed legal and regulatory information and turn it into clear actions. You’ll be organised and comfortable balancing competing priorities while maintaining accurate, auditable records. Experience in affordable housing, Shared Ownership, quality assurance, complaints management or mobilising a new client service would be beneficial. You’ll be educated to A-Level standard or able to demonstrate equivalent professional experience.
