Job summary

A professional training organization in the United Kingdom seeks Independent End-point Assessors (IEPAs) to assess apprentices’ competence against established standards. This role offers a chance to leverage industry expertise while building extra income through competitive daily rates. Candidates must hold an Assessor Qualification and an industry-specific qualification, providing evidence of relevant ongoing professional development. The position is contracted annually, allowing flexibility with existing jobs.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an Assessor Qualification.
  • Must hold an Industry specific qualification.
  • Must provide evidence of relevant CPD directly related to the standard and industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and document apprentices’ competence against Apprenticeship Standards.
  • Provide advice and support on End-point Assessment sites and to the End-point Assessment Team.
  • Submit a detailed CPD log with your application.

To be considered for this role you must:
  • Hold an Assessor Qualification
  • Hold an Industry specific qualification
  • Be able to evidence relevant and up to date CPD, which is related directly to the standard & industry
  • Applicants must also meet the criteria set out in the person specification
