Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking a hands-on Helpdesk Coordinator for a permanent, full-time Customer Service Adviser role. You will schedule field engineers, manage bookings, order parts, and keep clients updated. Salary is £30,000–£32,000 per annum.

This is not IT helpdesk; strong organisation and clear communication are essential to keep work on track. You will join a busy property maintenance contractor’s operations team, supporting engineers and clients daily.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a maintenance or facilities team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills; able to manage multiple requests.
• Comfortable coordinating with engineers, suppliers and clients while keeping data accurate.

Responsibilities

• Book, rebook and progress maintenance jobs and bookings.
• Add notes and details for drainage and plumbing works to keep records up to date.
• Approve completed jobs for invoicing and raise invoices when appropriate.
