Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for technicians and arrange materials for works.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance across properties (new-build and social housing).
• Issue quotes for works as required.
• Assess property claims and handle warranty/defect queries.
• Update databases and maintain accurate customer and property records.
• Liaise with customers, contractors, technicians and other parties involved in defect and maintenance works.
• Ensure works are progressed and completed within agreed timescales.
• Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries promptly.
• Visit sites regularly.
