Target Housing is a charity and registered social landlord providing housing and support to people who need it most. We are looking for a Property & Maintenance Administrator to coordinate repairs across our properties, manage an inbox and liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure timely completions.

You will monitor progress, support Health & Safety inspections under our policies and contribute to process improvements, while working closely with a small team in a proactive,

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or housing repairs is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Awaab’s Law desirable, training provided.
• Ability to work in a busy environment with changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate repairs across the property portfolio from report to completion.
• Manage a shared Property & Maintenance inbox and handle telephone enquiries.
• Coordinate Health & Safety inspections and follow up actions.
• Monitor progress, repair timescales and KPIs; escalate overdue works.
