Job summary

Templer HomeBuild is seeking a technically minded Property Services Coordinator to strengthen building safety and compliance. You’ll carry out inspections, condition surveys and HHSRS assessments, while coordinating tenant permissions, Section 20 consultations and compliance cases.

You’ll work with residents, surveyors, contractors and legal partners to ensure services run smoothly, with time split between the office, community and home.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing, property management or a related property services field.
• Sound understanding of housing compliance and property legislation.
• Practical experience coordinating compliance processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate key property processes including mutual exchanges, tenant permission requests and compliance cases.
• Liaise with residents, surveyors, contractors and legal partners to provide a professional compliance service.
• Ensure each case meets legislative, tenancy and organisational requirements.
• Work in an agile environment with time split between office, community and home.
