Job summary

Target Housing is seeking a Property & Maintenance Administrator to join the Maintenance team at Bradmarsh Business Park, Rotherham. You will coordinate repairs across our property portfolio, handle the repair inbox, arrange contractor access and monitor progress to meet timescales.

Qualifications

Experience in property maintenance, housing, repairs administration or contractor coordination would be advantageous.
Knowledge of housing repairs requirements, including Awaab’s Law, is desirable but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Coordinate repairs and maintenance across the property portfolio from report to completion.
Manage a shared inbox and respond to repair requests, calls, and enquiries.
Arrange appointments, access, and allocate work to contractors or maintenance teams.
Monitor progress, timescales and KPIs; escalate overdue or at-risk works.
Support damp and mould repairs and follow actions under Awaab’s Law.
