PQE: 4+ years

A leading City law firm ranked in the Top 200 is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its highly regarded disputes team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, covering maternity leave.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collegiate and well‑established team, advising a broad client base on a wide range of contentious property matters across both commercial and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

You will manage a varied caseload including:

  • Possession claims
  • Service charge disputes
  • Statutory and voluntary lease extensions
  • Rights of first refusal
  • Assured Shorthold Tenancies
  • Exercising landlord and tenant break notices
  • Collective enfranchisement claims
  • Recovery of rent and service charge arrears
  • Debt claims
  • Lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (opposed and unopposed)
Candidate Profile:
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in property litigation
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience across both commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Available to commence in December 2025
