Job description

My client, a forward thinking property firm, is looking to hire a Property Coordinator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

Role:

Property Coordinator

Salary:

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Where:

North West London

When:

Monday - Friday / 09:00 - 17:30 / Fully office based

Please note:

You must be easily commutable to NW London for this role and happy to travel to properties.

What you'll do:
  • Serve as a first point of contact for tenant queries, concerns, and repair requests.
  • Arrange and schedule routine, reactive, and preventive maintenance across the property portfolio.
  • Track progress of maintenance requests to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide timely updates to tenants regarding maintenance progress, access arrangements, and resolutions.
  • Maintain a digital log of all maintenance activities and contractor visits.
  • Ensure communication is clear, professional, and aligned with company standards.
  • Assist with move-in, move-out, and general tenancy information where required.
  • Maintain accurate property records, databases, and documentation.
  • Liaise with approved contractors, suppliers, and service providers to arrange works.
  • Obtain quotes, compare costs, and ensure best value for the company.
  • Schedule inspections ahead of expiry dates to ensure continuous compliance.
  • Record and file compliance documentation within company systems.
What you need:
  • Previous experience within Property is needed for this role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Competent in using property management software and MS Packages.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
