The Property Administrator is available as either a part-time or full time role, on-site based in Exeter. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day property management activities, including maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation, and coordinating routine communications with landlords, residents, and contractors. The role involves handling inquiries, scheduling inspections or maintenance, updating tenancy and financial information in internal systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Salary for this role will range between £26,000-30,000 subject to experience.
